Policy

Equality and non-discrimination policy

Still Their Dad is committed to treating everyone fairly, with dignity and respect.

We will not discriminate against any person on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation (the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010), or on any other irrelevant ground.

This commitment applies to our members and supporters, the people we help, our volunteers and staff, our trustees, and everyone we work with. We aim to make our information and support accessible to all who need it.

Anyone may raise a concern about discrimination with the Management Committee, which will deal with it promptly and fairly.

This policy was adopted on 10 June 2026 and will be reviewed annually.
